First Holiday post starts today! Ive teamed up with my friend Michelle (Founder of Coffee & Champagne) to make one hell of a Friendsgiving dish. The holidays get pushed back earlier and earlier every year so I figured I started working on this early. Ill be attending a few shindigs this season and wanted to make sure I actually planned this time and do things in advance.
First, what is a Friendsgiving?
“Friendsgiving: The celebration of Thanksgiving dinner with your friends. This usually occurs on the Wednesday before or the Friday after Thanksgiving Day, since Thanksgiving is usually reserved for family gatherings.”
After thinking about dishes I wanted to bring I finally narrowed it down to sweet and savory. Michelle and I went with Croissant Stuffing and boy was this a great idea. Whether you’re attending a friendsgiving or having dinner with your family consider this recipe the best for modern twist on stuffing. See how we prepared it below and if you’ve been following me on snapchat you saw some of our kitchen techniques (apron and all). It was not only a lesson in cooking but also having fun preparing a meal with friends. Warning: these little bites pack big flavor! Thanks Michelle for partnering with me for this post!
