You Can Make The Double Denim Look Versatile – Fedora, Double Strap Monks

Really glad that you guys are liking the gift guides and giveaways this season. If you haven’t checked it out yet feel free to do so after this post. Ill post a couple of links at the bottom to lead to the the holiday page. Now, this Double Denim look.

Im sure you all have noticed that Ive been rocking the denim on denim trend a lot. Its a top choice for me. This time I switched it up by throwing on a black fedora hat and layering up with this grey chunky cardigan (similar here) and striped tee. One nice touch with denim on denim is that you can wear a solid pair of dress shoes and make the look a bit more formal (see shoe shot below). Enjoy the photos below and feel free to drop a comment on your thoughts.

Chunky Grey Cardigan: Timberland: sold out (similar here)

Patch Work Denim: True Religion (here)

Buffalo Plaid Watch: Timex (here)

Double Monk Strap: sold out (similar here)

Swap It Out (other options):

Red Cap

Distressed Jeans ($38)

Black Boots/ Brown Boots

Buffalo Plaid Shirt ($30)

Black Henley

The double monk straps I mentioned at the top from Coach. I surprisingly love their shoe selection, and will keep them in mind for next season.

Note the patch work in the denim pants (denim doesn’t have to be boring)

Black and white striped t-shirt has to be my favorite layering piece here.
