I wear a turtle on just about every other post. So another one shouldn’t hurt right? (#AnothaOne)
For me wearing a turtle neck is the perfect transition into another season and another dress code. To the right this look met halfway at casual and formal. The grey turtle neck and denim jacket make a nice cool weekend look. The light weight wool trousers dress it up a little bit, giving you the flexibility of wearing it to work and after work. Ive also found the perfect work sneakers from a company called Beyene (not sure of the pronunciation) but I love these sneakers. It completes my wardrobe since Im not 100% dedicated to a trend or style. For example, Im not a dapper dandy, or a hypebeast, or urban. The Italian leather shoe provides style and comfort.
Edit When Necessary
The turtle neck is made of cotton so it feels the same as a light weight t-shirt, just the added neck part and long sleeve. When shopping for a turtleneck make sure to stay away from wools or any other thick fabrics if you plan on layering. H&M, Topman and Uniqlo is where I get most of my Spring turtlenecks. For cooler seasons I invest most money in them (comfort and quality reasons). I love this aztec cardigan (similar here but if its too warm out you can always take it away.
